Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your selected courier during checkout. Extreme Fishing no longer makes use of postal services of any kind due to the risk of shipment damage and/or loss. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. Fishing rods are packaged securely in PVC tubing and bubblewrap and incur an additional charge. As such should your order contain various other items with a rod(s) we will be required to ship the rod separately to ensure their safety during the shipping process.

Clients ordering outside of South African borders are requested to make arrangements for the collection of their goods by their own shipping company. Once the order is handed over to the clients shipping company the risk lies with the customer.
